Management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko says it expects nothing by a convincing win from the team as it faces Congolese side, Club Athletic Renaissance Aiglon (CARA) at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium to kick-start the CAF Confederation competition.
Management is promising players special packages to inspire them and to enable the team cruise to victory on Sunday and in subsequent matches.
A member of Kotoko management team, Lawyer Kwame Boafo, wants players to go all out for a win to claim the motivation package.
According to him, the Dr Kwame Kyei-led management will deliver on every bit of promises made the players.
"A lot of packages have been prepared for them [players] should they do well on the field of play. Dr Kwame Kyei is Oseadeyo [the man who deliver on promise]. He does everything he says," Lawyer Boafo told Nhyira FM Sports.
Kotoko will get their CAF Confederation Cup campaign with a home game against Congolese side CARA Brazzaville on Sunday, February 11 at 3 p.m.
They will make the return leg a mere formality by recording a convincing victory in the first leg at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The winner will then face either Ben Guerdane of Tunisia or Al Hilal Juba of South Sudan in the next round of the competition.
Dr Kwame Kyei has already promised to reward each player with a two bedroom apartment should the team win this year's CAF Confederations Cup.
He also promised GH¢20,000 for each player if the team qualifies for the group stage.
Kotoko was in 2014 knockout of the CAF Champions League by Barrack Young Controllers (BYC) of Liberia Club in Monrovia.
