The date was 6th September 2008 when the gates opened at the National theatre and all three floors filled up with highly expectant patrons.

National Theatre Uncle Ebo Whyte Comeback

The counsellor, preacher, radio segment presenter and motivational speaker,Uncle Ebo Whyte cemented yet another description, playwright, to his name.

The promise was emphatic; a brand new, original and world class play every quarter with two shows on each day over successive weekends.

WHAT? Are they crazy? Well, crazy or not, Roverman Productions was born. That first play, “Unhappy Wives, Confused Husbands”, opened a new page in theatre in Ghana and sold out show after show!

Well, here we are 10years after, riding through almost 40 plays and consistently keeping that promise alive.
